Install Appointments

  1. Hair will not be provided, unless otherwise stated or discussed
  2. A $30 non-refundable deposit must be paid via e-transfer*
  3. Your balance must be paid via cash or e-transfer
  4. Wigs must be clean & dropped off 3-5 days prior to your appointment. Please write your name and leave it on a slip of paper with your hair
  5. Please come with freshly washed & blown out hair, if not, it is an additional $15+ fee
  6. Please be on time! After 15 minutes, there'll be a $15 late fee
  7. If you need to reschedule, please contact me 24 hours before your appointment
  8. Hair that is damaged will not be serviced
  9. Depending on the previous stylists’ work, I may accept or refuse service. Please contact me.

Colour Appointments

  1. Hair will not be provided, unless otherwise stated or discussed
  2. Balance must be paid in full, prior to your appointment
  3. Please send images/videos of the colour(s) you would like to achieve**
  4. Units can be picked up/dropped off directly from your home for an additional 15+ dollars
  5. Please remove glue off your lace, otherwise, it will be an additional $25 fee
  6. Hair that is damaged will not be serviced
  7. Depending on the previous stylists’ work, I may accept or refuse service. Please contact me.
  8. Rejuvenation services are not the same as colouring services.
  9. Please book a rejuvenation service and a colouring service if your unit is in need of TLC, as well as, if you'd like colour.

  

Kingdom Krowns reserves the right to publish any photos of clients, or customers, wearing our hair, whether we are tagged or not on the post.

By submitting photos, you agree that your photo(s) can be used for promotional purposes, and as a result, Kingdom Krowns may profit from this. You agree that you will not receive payment for your photo(s) being used, under any circumstance, unless previously discussed.
