I ordered a 24inch 5x5 wig and I was blown away by the quality of the hair and the customer service. I really appreciated how Trey communicated with me throughout the entire process, from beginning to end and even showed me pictures and videos of the wig to make sure I was happy before shipping it out. I stumbled upon Kingdom Krowns and I’m glad I did! The communication and customer service has been more than excellent. I have asked many, many questions and Trey has patiently answered each and every one. He provided updates every step of the way and even confirmed that my order was delivered. Even after the delivery of my package, he was available to answer additional questions. The hair was packaged beautifully and included some goodies. Straight out of the packaging, the hair had no smell, was so soft and had beautiful lustre. I co-washed the wig and the hair is even more beautiful! I got the Yaki straight bundles and wondered if I made the right choice… turns out I did! If you’re thinking about it, just do it. Very lush and beautiful bundles and very natural texture. No shedding at all. I couldn’t stop running my hands through them. I see them lasting a long time. I also got the 3.5oz and they’re very adequate. Love it! Also loved the packaging and communication up until I received my package. I’ll definitely be patronizing this brand again.

I love this hair, the best hair I’ve purchased in a long time. The hair is soft, barely sheds and is a beautiful texture! Also the hair is supposed to be 22 inches but seems much longer than that. I’m currently on vacation with it and it is holding up well.
